The photos submitted to Augustana are for use with the student ID system.If your photo is deemed unusable you will be contacted via your Augustana email account and asked to submit a replacement.
These photos will be stored on Augustana equipment for the purposes of identification.
The photo may also be used for approved internal Augustana University business purposes (class rosters, buzz book, academic advising, and internal business uses that may be approved in the future).
